How does this work?
To help you get the most out of the My Signage Portal Nexus platform, we’ll be running weekly training sessions every Wednesday which you can join at your next convenience.
The sessions will be hosted on Microsoft Teams, where our expert will guide you step by step through the key features of My Signage Portal.
Here’s what we’ll cover during the session:
- Waiting Room (5 mins): The waiting room before the session starts providing time for participants to attend.
- Platform Introduction (5 mins): Quick overview of My Signage Portal Nexus and the website.
- Dashboard & Quick Publish (10 mins): How to log in, introduction to the dashboard and a quick way of getting content onto your devices.
- Devices (10 mins): Overview of the devices on your account, including how to name them, pair with a location, set up a sleep timer, previewing schedules and more.
- Media (5 mins): Overview of the media files on your account including how to upload them, edit them and create folders to store them in.
- Playlists (10 mins): Building a Playlist to control how content appears on your devices, including scheduling and content duration.
- Layouts (20 mins): Building a Layout to make use of different elements and widgets, such as adding clocks, weather updates, RSS feeds, and YouTube videos.
- Campaign (10 mins): Create a Campaign to target multiple devices with the help of Link Tags.
- Q&A (15 mins): Ask me anything – this section can be extended to address further questions.
